What you see may not be the reality

A little girl was holding 2 apples in both hands. Her mum came in n softly asked her little daughter with a smile: my sweetie, could u give ur mum 1 of ur 2 apples?

The girl looked up at her mum for some seconds, then she suddenly took a quick bite on 1 apple n then quickly on the other. The mum felt the smile on her face freeze. She tried hard not to reveal her disappointment.

Then the little girl handed one of her bitten apples to her mum,and said: mummy, here u r. This is the sweeter one.

No matter who you r, how experienced you r, and how knowledgeable you think you are, always delay judgement. Give others the privelege to explain themselves.

What you see may not be the reality. Never conclude for others.

My Fruitful Quarantine!!

This is story of all regular individuals who have some dreams, some shortcomings, some targets and are looking for some break from the monotonous routine.

Statutory Warning: Nothing here is written from dreams but the real feeling that I feel on this Day 12 of the lockdown!

Why today? Why Day 12? And not some other day? No special reason; after 11 days had a bit of family party – mom made chole bhature and with the sumptuous lunch I was lying on my couch in almost a drowsy state. After spending sometime on TV after 5 days of commitment to my work and dreams, saw my blog app lying in one corner of my mobile. Thought why not share some of my feelings with some people sharing some of same feelings like me! Confuseddd?? It’s normal!

We are those people who work hard for something, forget ourselves and the set up around us just to fulfil some of our dreams! What has this quarantine brought for us? Some extra time to spend with family? Or, following our fitness regime? Or, like me write something to bring feelings to life!!

For those who are not able to talk their heart out – here is an opportunity – share what positive you see in this lockdown. What is that one activity that you would want to pursue to positively utilise your time??

Utilise your time in the positive direction!

What You Dwell Upon Grows

Storyteller: “On my shoulders really two wolves. One is black wolf, evil, who continually tempts me to do and say wrong things. On my other shoulder is a white wolf that continually encourages me to live up to my very best.

A listener asked the storyteller, “Which of these wolves has the greatest power over you?”

The storyteller replied, “The one I feed.” 🙂
